Unsure on just who to send to respond to this unusual domestic dispute, HPD sent a patrol officer AND animal control.
Cow: "Michael Vick told me it was legitimate "
Police Officer: "Ma'am, the only inter-species relationship we recognize here in Harrisonburg is between humans and consenting chickens."
Woman: "But we're from Broadway."
Police Officer: "Igorance is no excuse, ma'am."
